Students of Classes VI of St. Kabir High School, Navrangpura, embarked on an exciting educational visit to ISRO on 29th September 2026, gaining a fascinating glimpse into India’s remarkable achievements in space science and technology.
Organized with the aim of connecting classroom learning with real-world applications, the visit offered students an enriching and memorable learning experience. Students explored informative displays, models of rockets, launch vehicles and space-related equipment. The impressive rocket models especially captured their attention and helped them understand the various components
and functioning of launch vehicles.
The visit also enabled students to appreciate the important role of space technology in everyday life, including communication, weather forecasting, navigation, disaster management and scientific research. With great enthusiasm, the students observed the exhibits, asked questions and actively engaged with the learning experiences provided during the visit.
The visit proved to be much more than an educational excursion. It sparked curiosity, encouraged scientific thinking and inspired students to dream beyond the boundaries of Earth. The young learners returned with cherished memories, greater scientific awareness and a renewed interest in rockets, satellites and the fascinating world of space exploration.
For the students of St. Kabir High School, the visit was truly a journey from the classroom to the cosmos—an experience to remember and an inspiration for the future.
