St. Kabir High School, Navrangpura celebrated its Foundation Day with great
joy and fervour. The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of
the lamp by the Heads of the School and distinguished guests, symbolising the
pursuit of knowledge and enlightenment.
The celebration continued with a graceful welcome dance presented by the
students, setting a vibrant tone for the event. The Principal addressed the
gathering, reflecting on the school’s journey, vision for the future and
extending warm wishes to the school community.
Kabirians showcased their remarkable talents through cultural performances,
captivating the audience with their creativity and confidence. Adding a special
touch to the occasion, a former teacher, Ms. Niharika Patel, and an alumnus,
Dr. Darshil Parikh, were invited as honoured guests. Dr. Darshil shared his
cherished memories and experiences associated with the school. Parents also
joined the celebration, making the event even more meaningful.
A special moment of the celebration was the felicitation of Ms. Bhaswati Sen,
who was honoured with a memento in recognition of her dedicated service
and remarkable milestone of completing 25 years at St. Kabir School. The
heartfelt tribute acknowledged her unwavering commitment, passion for
teaching and invaluable contribution to the school community.
The festivities continued in the classrooms, where students enthusiastically
participated in a variety of fun-filled activities, making the day memorable and
enjoyable for all.
