As a part of the Eco Club initiative, students of Classes 4 and 5 actively
participated in an E-Waste Collection Drive organised in the school. Students
brought unused and discarded electronic items such as old chargers, cables,
earphones, and other e-waste materials from their homes and contributed them to
the collection drive.
Through this activity, students learned about the harmful effects of e-waste on the
environment, the importance of responsible waste disposal, and
the 3Rs—Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. They also understood that small efforts can
help keep our surroundings clean and protect the environment for a sustainable
future.
