To commemorate the 75th Independence Day St. Kabir, Navrangpura celebrated the day virtually with great enthusiasm and zeal.
The celebration started with the hoisting of the National flag by our HM madam at the school premises. Special virtual assemblies were conducted for all the classes of I-IX.
Children celebrated the day by paying respect to our National leaders. Exuberant dance performances and presentation of wonderful skits portraying the importance of Independence Day added glory to the celebration. The students of grade 1 reminded us of our freedom fighters like Rani Laxmibai, Jawaharlal Nehru, Bhagat Singh etc.. A beautiful powerful point presentation was presented by teachers which displayed some amazing facts about India.
The whole event was echoed with patriotic fervour as the children sang patriotic songs, played musical instruments to the tunes of patriotic songs, wore tri-coloured clothes and decorated their backgrounds with Independence Day theme to mark the occasion. The spirit of freedom and nationalism was well exhibited by the Kabirians.
It was the matter of great pride for everyone present at the assembly.
