As students are missing their fun filled trips with their teachers and classmates, a virtual tour was organized by Khoj Museum in collaboration with St. Kabir School, Navrangpura for the students of Std.III to VIII
Khoj is the first children’s museum in India which connects science, design, and innovation with hands-on experience. This time the theme selected by them was plastic play.
Students were shown various experiments related to different grades of plastic, recycling process of plastic, thermo plastics, polymer etc. They were also shown creative stuffs that can be made from plastic, 3 R’s (reduce, reyuse and recycle) and how to make a DIY bio plastic. Children were thrilled to see the live working models and it could be seen on their excited faces.
The whole session was very informative and was highly appreciated by the students as well as the parents.
