Megh Sharma, a student of St. Kabir school , Navrangpura is a child prodigy in mastering the skills of playing jaltarang and santoor. He hails from a family of musicians and started his training in music at the age of 8. Jaltarang is an Indian melodic percussion instrument. It consists of a set of ceramic or metal bowls tuned with water. Swarmay – a classical music concert , was organised on 12th of February 2023, in Ahmedabad , where Megh mesmerised the audience .with his performance in Raag Kaushiki Dhawani on Matt taal. He got the opportunity to share the stage with other legendary musicians Vidushi Manju Mehta , Shri Vikas Parikh and Shrimati Kaushiki Chakraborty.
