As a part of the Eco Club initiative, students of Classes 4 B actively participated in
a Best Out of Waste activity focused on the creative reuse of old newspapers. The
students collected used newspapers from their homes and brought them to
school. With the guidance of their teachers, they creatively transformed the waste
newspapers into useful and eco-friendly paper bags.
Through this hands-on activity, students learned that waste materials can be reused
and converted into useful products instead of being thrown away. They
understood the importance of reducing paper waste, reusing available resources,
and avoiding single-use plastic bags. The activity also encouraged creativity,
teamwork, problem-solving skills, and environmental responsibility among the
students. It helped them realise that even small efforts can make a big difference in
keeping our surroundings clean and contributing towards a greener and more
sustainable future.
