India proudly and fervently commemorates Republic Day on January 26 of each year. This is the date when the 1935 Government of India Act was replaced by the Indian Constitution. ‘Jan-Bhagidari-People Participation’ was the theme of the year’s celebration, which was attended by the Egpyt President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi as Chief Guest of India’s 74th Republic Day.
St Kabir High School Navrangpura celebrated the 74th Republic Day January 26 2023 with great enthusiasm and national spirit. The celebration began with the unfurling of our tricolor national flag which was honored by march past by the students creating an atmosphere of national pride among the students The students of 7,8 and 9 grade performed a graceful dance to show their respect to our armed forces .It was followed by a roleplay by the students of 4th grade about the Unsung National heroes like Smaldas Gandhi, Tirupur Kumaran, Moolmati, and Basanti Devi. Further students performed a Nukkad Natak to spread the message of Unity In Diversity . A tribute was paid to the martyrs of our country through heart touching and soulful songs .The celebration was concluded with the National Anthem.
