To commemorate the birth of the second President of India, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who was a philosopher and a great teacher, 5th September every year, is celebrated as Teacher’s Day. His contribution towards Indian education is undeniable.

Teachers play a major role in making their students responsible citizens of tomorrow and good human beings. An event was organized with incredible gusto and zeal by the students of std. X with the support of Student Council at St. Kabir High School, Navrangpura.

Students performed a brilliant cultural show to denote their love, respect, acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put in by the teachers towards their development. The cultural show incorporated poems, songs, dance and drama.

All of the students and faculty enjoyed the celebration and spent some memorable time amidst their busy schedule. Each of the teachers was given a gift as a token of gratitude, wishing them a Happy Teachers Day. Program concluded with Asst. Dir. Rashmi Trivedi’s address. Overall, a festive atmosphere was set!!!
