“HAPPY TEACHERS DAY”
Teachers’ Day is celebrated on 5th September, the birthday of our former president Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who was also a great scholar and teacher. Students of St. Kabir School, Navrangpura paid tribute to their teachers by organizing a special assembly entirely planned by the student council. The function started with students reciting shlokas and poems on the importance of having a teacher in a person’s life followed by dynamic dance performances choreographed by the students of std 10th. A beautiful and inspiring dance skit was executed by the students of std 9th. The former students who were invited shared profound school memories. It was an emotional moment when the students presented gifts to the teachers as a token of love and respect. The activities of the students were appreciated by the Asst.Director and Principal.
The program ended with the Head Boy and Head Girl thanking the teachers for their efforts in shaping the life of students and inspiring them.
