She stared into the mirror’s gaze
A fragile heart, a puzzled daze
Her eyes once shined now dim with fear
Her smile once full now empty and clear
Her mind screamed lies, a cruel abstain
“You’re too weak to sustain”
She tried to shake off the painful weight
But it clung tight like a destined fate
Her legs drawn towards the balcony,
tightening the grip on the floor
She sat, her cries being heard by the wall and the doors
Nature’s symphony started it’s magic
Now calm were the thoughts which once were tragic
The dark silhouettes of trees stood erect tall
Their branches against the moon’s pale wall.
A gentle whisper stronger than that scream
“You’re enough” was made by the wind
The music of the reverberating trees
Tore through her soul, she now felt free
The world once a hush now a tranquil sight
As the moon’s soft light, brightened the sky
The fight was subdued under the nature’s magic spell
She felt nature’s embrace,
Knowing it cherished her, and so, all would find its way…..
