St. Kabir High School, Navrangpura was honoured to host a distinguished guest Retired Group Director of Indian Space Organization (ISRO), Ahmedabad. The session was full of informative learning for the student about space. The event was attended by students of grades 8 and 9, marking a memorable occasion that will undoubtedly inspire the young minds of our school. Through the session, Dr. B. S Raman told students about how ISRO has made its place in Space Research around the world. Along with this, the senior scientist also gave an elaborate description on Moon, our closest neighbour through a video.
The students’ inquisitive minds were met with thoughtful responses from the scientist, as he patiently answered their queries about various aspects of space exploration, technological advancements, Chandrayan Mission and the future of India’s space program.
All in all, it was a very fruitful session full of knowledge and deep learning about space and Indian Space Research Organization.
