On 10th October, St. Kabir School, Navrangpura, celebrated World Health Day. Our esteemed ex-teacher, Ms. Neelam Trivedi, was the guest speaker. She emphasized the importance of meditation for a healthy lifestyle, highlighting its benefits for physical and mental well-being.
Students actively participated in the interactive session, gaining valuable insights into meditation practices. The celebration promoted health awareness and encouraged students to adopt healthy habits.
