On the occasion of International Yoga Day, students of Standard X participated in a serene session of Tibetan sound-based meditation, conducted by guest trainer Ms. Ankita Pandya, an expert in Holistic Wellness.

Ms. Pandya guided students through the chanting of the mantra “Om Mani Padme Hum” and introduced them to the calming vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and bells. These sacred sounds helped students focus, relax, and connect with their inner selves.

The session created a peaceful and healing atmosphere, promoting mindfulness, emotional balance, and mental clarity. It was a refreshing and spiritually enriching experience for all.
