“Sports build character, resilience, and unity.”
Our school celebrated National Sports Day yesterday with great enthusiasm and team spirit, honouring the legacy of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand. The day began with the assembly followed by mass drill that highlighted the importance of physical fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship in shaping young minds.
Students from grade 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9. Students participated in athletic events including kho-kho, sack race, lemon and spoon, passing the ring and langdi.
Children showcased their energy and teamwork, making the day a joyful blend of competition and enjoyment. Our PE teacher organized the events with precision and cheer.
The celebration was about participation, perseverance, and the joy of movement.
