On June 21st, we celebrated International Yoga Day with enthusiasm and participation from students, teachers, and staff. The event kicked off with an opening speech by our Asst. Director madam who emphasized the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being.

A certified yoga instructor, Mrs Shweta Bhatnagar, led a yoga session, guiding everyone through various asanas and breathing exercises. The session was both relaxing and energizing, highlighting the benefits of yoga.

The day also featured speech and yoga performance by our students. They performed advanced yoga poses and clap yoga, inspiring others with their skill and dedication.

Cultural Coordinator concluded the event with remarks encouraging regular yoga practice. The celebration was a testament to the profound impact of yoga, highlighting the boundless possibilities it offers for personal growth and well-being.
